Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled with big dreams. Her best roles include the action spy film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol, and the thriller Precious. As a child living in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of goals. The mother of her children was a film buff and was able to instill the love of movies in the girl. Paula was a part of co-curricular school events, and she was especially interested in acting. She was a huge fan of acting alongside her peers and was a participant in school's stage shows. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced many plays and the actress decided that acting was her chosen career. She was enrolled at the University of Southern California in a summer program and thoroughly enjoyed her stint. She won a three-month assignment making documentaries for PBS. When she was successful in completing the assignment, she began being an assistant to the production team for television documentaries. When she was done with her work then she began putting together documentary films. She still had a dream to become an actress, although she was content with her current position. in the film romantic comedy Hitch she played a tiny part alongside Will Smith. Since then, she has been in numerous films as well as TV series.
